Court Guinness charges for his time in the case of fragrant or needless timewasting. The current charge (28/01/2022) is £20,000 GBP per hour or part therof per instance.
The invoices for timewasting go to the individuals involved on a personal basis. If these individuals are employees of a company or organisation, this company or organisation are not billed. If the idividual invoiced for timewasting wishes their organisation to pay they must take that up with the organisation involved.
Invoices are payable within 48 hours after that time they are assigned to a debt management company,
