Court was successful in redeveloping a dilapidated property in West London
A rundown mid terrace site with issues comprising retail and workshop to ground floor with upper parts above was rejuvenated into a light and airy ground floor A1 retail area with staff facilities and stores to the rear with 4 x 1 bed flats above which were fitted and finished to a modern and high standard.
Court brought the project to completion within time frame and slightly (5%) under budget.
The flats were all tenanted within 6 weeks of development completion and the retail area within 10 weeks.
